Incredibly rude staff. The car should have been washed...not rinsed. After the first wash I immediately returned because there were numerous bug marks still on the windshield and bumper. They insulted me and said it was my fault for only paying for the $10 wash and said if I wanted it clean I should have selected the more expensive choice. The worker only ran a broom on the windshield and made no attempt to put any muscle into it. The repeat wash yielded the same results except this time the windshield was covered in water spots like it was a dirty water rinse. No apology for a lousy job. My wife and I returned home and had to wash the windshield ourselves. I've been to hundreds of car washes in my life and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Although a farther drive from where I live, I'm going to return to my former car wash in Keller. Speedy Bee has excellent customer service and your car will always get cleaned. Don't waste your time and money on Carmel Car wash in Roanoke.
Don’t bother to pay for extra service. They don’t use brush they are leaning on to help remove bugs or grime. Could have done same quality at self serve gas station
This is one of the worst car washes I have been to, looks like the other reviewers were right, the regular car wash was really quick and didn't remove a lot of bug marks from my car including the front windshield and window glasses on the side doors. I am posting few pics in this. Not sure how the local guide gave a review of 5 stars for this place, but unless he had an full service his review is fake. This place is not good for the money spent!!
I drive a 2014 volt. This is the only car wash I use. I have a preloaded gift card and I work this place into my budget. On 10 22 17 I went and got a wash. The blue rag grabbed onto my bumper and the lining of the roof on my car. Ripped up the lining on the roof and when the wind hit the car it flapped up and down my vehicle and scratched it there's still a bit of the blue rag on my bumber. I immediately Showed the employees the damage done and they said "no way not done here" then said ok we will buff it out. They attempted to buff it out and the scratches stayed. They then said well there nothing else that can be done.They all snickered among each other and Gave me a number to dial that always sends me to voice mail. And they don't respond to emails. Before then this place has been giving semi decent washes but nothing to dog them out over. Oh and yes at times the water or equipment does smell like sewage but the car still comes out clean.
A great place to get your car wash. Very friendly staff, and they pay close attention to details. Had a great experience. Thanks Carmel Car Wash for doing such a great job on car. I would recommend, and I would visit here again.
