I have been taking my almost 4 year old daughter here since she was a year old and we have always left being highly satisfied. Dr. Lantzy and his staff always make my daughter feel comfortable and make cleaning her teeth fun. We recently moved and still make the drive to Roanoke because we love this office so much. We will continue to make the drive and look forward to bringing our son as well when he is older, as well as refer people here. We appreciate everyone at Lantzy Family Denistry.
We had a wonderful experience at Dr. Lantzy's office! Our 3 year old son had to be IV sedated for his dental work and Dr. Lantzy and his entire staff made the experience as easy as possible. Our son received excellent care!
I can not say enough good things about Dr. Lantzy and his staff. My sweet Lauren Claire loves to go to the dentist. And for a mom that struggle can be real. When she ask when her next cleaning is that warms my heart that she is not scared. We did have to have some work performed last week and I have to say this mom was more worried than my sweet angel. She was awesome and was so grown up. The staff was slow and explained everything so she knew what was coming. She walked out with a smile on her sweet face. And then the icing on the cake was we had a check up call from Dr. Lantzy himself checking on her. WOW I love love this office and what a blessing they have been to my girls.
From the minute you walk into the door to the last steps out, this office surpasses all expectations! The front desk is very kind and helpful, the girls in the back were extremely patient and encouraging, and Dr. Lantzy makes everything fun and silly. Highly recommend them! And did I mention my 3 year old did her X-rays, cleaning and exam with ease today all because the entire team is so awesome!
Dr. Lantzy and his team is more like family than just a dentist. My son is autistic and has been seeing Dr. Lantzy for 4 years. He has gone from 10/10 anxiety, not letting anyone come near him, to completely trusting of anything Dr. Lantzy and his team needs to do from cleanings, sealants, fillings, bonding, x-rays, etc. Dr. Lantzy is not only an excellent doctor, but is so personable. He recalls details and conversations regarding vacations, family, hobbies,etc and brings them up with us when we return. There is very little turn over in the office staff, so there is consistency in the faces we see at each visit as well. I can't say enough...I only hope that Dr. Lantzy can remain his dentist forever.
