2. The first time I called to check on my order the person who answered my call didn't have an answer for delivery date but assured me someone would call me back with an answer....never happened.
Moral of this story....if you want custom furniture that cost lots of money and you don't care about good customer service....shop here.
I'm sure we will have no problems once our furniture arrives. (I'll let you know!!)

1. Was told 6-8 week turn around....not, it took 16 weeks.
Love shopping at Runyon's Fine Furniture because I keep finding unique pieces for my clients and, of course, myself! If they don't have what I need in stock then it can definitely be ordered.
5. When the order finally came in and we arrived to pick up our table, chairs and barstools, after we told them we would be there that afternoon to pick up the order no one was there to help load the purchases, and the employees there acted like they could give a *$^@ if we had help or not to load a very bulky and heavy table, we had to call someone to come help us load our purchase.
Love the furniture my husband and I purchased at Runyons, very good quality , well built.
Runyon's Fine Furniture in Roanoke is an amazing store. Beautifully decorated and tasteful. Bo has helped us with our purchase from the moment we walked into the store. Her patience and knowledge (and taste) has truly been a been a wonderful experience. She understands quality and budget.
A beautiful store and staff!! They help you create your look!! Rustic, old world, transitional... ANYTHING.
3. The next phone call I placed to follow up the excuse was "Oh my, I'll check on it for you." never received a call back.
4. Next time I called to check on my order the problem was it's stuck in customs, will be here by Friday....didn't happen, nor did I get a courtesy call saying when my order would be available for pick up. My husband made a trip into the store because I was tired of the telephone runaround.
My experience with Runyon' s has been exceptional! Having just moved from Chicago to Trophy Club, I needed to "freshen up" my accessories and make the house a little less traditional and more "Texas". The concierge services that Runyon's offers make this store exceptional in its customer service and attention to detail. After the initial, complimentary visit to my house, Joanna, the in house interior designer, came to my home with pieces she felt would compliment my current decor and pulled everything together with the perfect finishing touches and art pieces. She was dead on, as I purchased over 90% of her suggestions. The ability to see it in your home before purchasing was absolute genius! You can see Joanna's vision come to life. She is incredibly talented. Another great service is that for a few hundred dollars, Joanna and Greg come to your home and hang all your artwork and family photos and arrange your furniture in the best way. It's like staging for your new home, only I get to actual live their and enjoy my home at its Best! I am now a lifelong customer and am looking forward to re-designing my master bedroom with Runyon's. Their products are quality pieces, unique and interesting. The professionalism and talent inside those doors are phenomenal. I encourage everyone to experience it for themselves and, if you ever need an interior decorator, Joanna is the best!
Unfortunately I wish I could say the same for their customer service.
