I have been coming here for over one year now and I have yet to be disappointed. My stylist is Amber and because of her, my hair is healthier and is growing far better without the breakage. Please understand, these men and women work their backsides off so please do not try to Nickel and dime them. The prices are what they are and if you have any questions about the pricing, ask BEFORE you have anything done. Should I want something out of my normal routine, I come in a day or two prior to my appointment and talk with Amber to see if what I want is doable with my hair and to ask her if it will damage my hair as well as get a price. I have NEVER been disappointed and all of the stylists are awesome and everyone here is positive. In closing, the best thing I can tell you is to communicate with your stylist. Pictures are great if you have an idea of what you want done and by communicating with your stylist (because they are not mind readers) you know that your stylist will know exactly what you want. Also, as they go along, or before they start, ask them what the plan of attack is and why they are doing such things. The professionals here are not arrogant and are happy to communicate with you and explain things IF YOU ASK. I hope this helps.
Poor customer service .. how if there are 2 stylists and one customer are you going to say 45 minute wait just because you looked obviously annoyed I brought 2 very quiet and well behaved children in.
There are several stylists that are friendly & knowledgeable. I've been been a client for 9 years, and I am happy with the service and prices.
This place is a great place to get a haircut. Melanie and Jessica are Fantastic and they cut hair well,have great attitudes and I hope Fantastic Sams pays those two a million dollars a year. They deserve it.
