She is compassionate and respectful to my emotions and concerns, but still had the ability to keep me on track and what the ultimate goal was. We called for a 1-hr consultation that cost us $100 which she cut off after 40 minutes because she had another client appointment. We wanted an attorney to represent our concerns with a modification. She spoke down to us the entire phone call like we were trash. Since I have a bachelor's degree and I am an office manager of a medical practice I was shocked by her rudeness. You could tell she didn't care whether we hired her or not. She kept advising we hire a "private attorney". Clearly she did not mean herself. Her charge for retainer would be $2,500 for a child support modification plus $225/hr in court. For a non- custodial parent that cares and always pays their child support she spoke to my husband like he was worthless. I am appalled by her entirely.
