Great seats but the theater itself is always dirty. Popcorn on the floor. No paper towels in the bathroom. The women's bathroom is usually a mess with garbage and other items on the floor. The concession area drink fountain and surrounding area is not kept clean.

This is our go-to theater. The reclining chairs are SO COMFORTABLE and have spoiled us from regular movie theater seats. It is also so nice to be able to buy your tickets ahead of time and pick your seats so that you don't have to worry about showing up really early to avoid the nosebleeds. Make sure you pay attention to the layout of the theater and where the screen is labeled when you pick your seats online because many people choose from what they think is the top row and accidentally end up right in front of the screen! Other than that, showing up to see a movie is a breeze, staff is friendly, and everything is clean. Finally, if you see a late night movie and buy a large popcorn and want to get your refill, go ahead and ask for your popcorn AND your refill in a large bag before your movie otherwise they may have closed the concessions by the time you go back for it.
