I don't think I've had a better experience with any u-haul dealership. These guys helped take some of the stress out of my moving. Awesome family people who don't try to nickel-and-dime you. William and Melissa rock!
Everything was okay. Most of the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. And they gave me a much larger truck than I ordered an fit cost me a lot. More in gas for my long drive.
Got charged for 2 day rental when i only had the trailer for one day. The people are nice however uhaul will rip you off at every chance they get to do so. Also hit me with rental insurance on top of adding another day to my bill .. I declined the rental insurance due to the fact I haul never payes any claims always finding you at fault... deceptive business here folks.. I'll be disputing this with my bank for sure...
Folks running this shop have been very nice my last two rentals from them. Pricing up front and no surprises after returning truck. Thank you for making moving a little easier.
Probably the best experience I've had with a Uhaul dealer so far. Place was clean, staff was nice, vehicle was clean and they got me in and out in a timely manner. 10/10 would go out of my way to rent from here again.
