I love this petsmart, all the staff are helpful and great however the main Reason is that Melanie is there.
She is so patient and understanding with all the dogs and goes above and beyond to make sure your dog succeeds at the class.
Usually petsmart has been my go to, but I will never EVER use this one again. The grooming department had my dog for a few hours longer than they said that they would and basically just made it seem like me calling to Check if she was ready because I was in the area seemed so outrageous of a thing to ask. They were extremely rude to me in their mannerisms each time we spoke and did not make me feel like they even wanted my business. So how do they treat the animals? When they finally called me to come pick up my dog about 2 hours after the promised 4 hour time slot, my dog kept squatting indicating she needed to go to the bathroom. My dog does not go on the floor she always goes outside and for her to be squatting means she had not been let out to go at all during her stay, forced to be in discomfort. She instantly went outside with me before I could even have the chance to pay and did her business. So I paid, extremely fed up with the situation and swore to never use them again. Don’t waste your money or time. On another account I went in just to look and purchase something. My husband and I both entered and the cashier near the door was just looking at his phone. No acknowledgement or welcomed greeting. We were there for 5 minutes and didn’t find what we were looking for and left without an acknowledgement or farewell greeting. I am completely baffled at the sheer lack of respect and friendliness this store has and have not/will not return again.
After speaking with her for a few minutes my husband and I both agreed we wanted Melanie.
Came to buy a reptile they had in stock. After 10 minutes of searching for help, the rep they sent had no clue about the reptile we wanted to purchase, absolutely no knowledge of the reptiles they offer.
That women deserve a huge raise and is an asset to the Pet Smart team.
My local store is very friendly. Dog loves her groomer.
We signed up to the Beginner and Intermediate group training classes back to back with Her and are half way the first and have nothing but praise. Melanie for sure know what she's doing and is able to offer all kinds of advice for many situations and if she's not sure then she will find out.
I will be a lifelong customer as long as Melanie is still working there. I have never received such wonderful customer service. She has won my business and she certainly deserves a raise as people will come to this location just to see her. I work in customer service so it takes a lot for me to review anything this high. The store is clean and well organized as well and all of the staff is friendly.
The first time we spoke with her it was to enquire about the dog training classes as we have a dog with very specific needs and wanted to find a trainer that would be good for her.
