Blake helped me understand my options and the crew got my car in and out in an hour without an appointment. Clean bathrooms, handicap accessible throughout, they usually have coffee and bottled water, but this time they were out of both. Oh yeah, that was for tires and a great price.

100% of the time they messed up a lug on any of my vehicles. And then blame it on the car. I've worked on cars my intire life and never had any trouble with lug or lug nut.. better training on how to start a lug nut with out destroying anything would be nice. I don't think it's that hard.
