I brought my old Toyota Echo in for life support, so that I can keep it on the road for the next year. They fixed it up on the same day and I appreciate their assistance with a bunch of questions that I had. Scott's very proud of his shop and i'm looking forward to taking my other vehicles to him.

Came and had an estimate, a lady helped me and told me to expect tomorrow. I called the next day and was told of a delay. Waited the next day and called, Scotty pick up and mention she will be back and give her the note. Waited again for the next day, called again and got the same reply.
Went to Scotty's with my warning light showing. Scotty's tried to fix economically first. When that did not work they replaced the ABS module and reprogrammed the unit to the car for a very reasonable price. I was pleased with the professional service and friendly team at Scotty's.

Waited 3 days and nothing. still nothing after 5 days with no response or apologies. Not sure of the service, but I received bad customer service, wasted time, and lack of proper business practices.
